Canfield Family Association Book

Descendants of Thomas Canfield & Matthew Camfield. This book contains information gathered by Frederick A. Canfield on the Canfields who remained in Connecticut or settled in states other than New Jersey. It covers roughly the first eight generations in this country: i.e. from the immigrants in the 1600's through those living in the early 1900's. Charts for immigrants Thomas and Matthew are for the first five generations: all others start with people from the fifth generation and continue through the eighth generation. 361 pages of biographies. 66 descendant charts.
